
Our lives are busy. We have job obligations, people obligations, and other basic life obligations. Who has time for fun?
I have met too many people who think that way. Taking time out to have some fun is just as important as any other thing that you have to do. What’s the point in all of the other things if you can’t take a little time out to enjoy the rewards?
I get it. It’s easy to get buried under everything else you have to do. I get up at 4AM Monday through Friday to get my son to work by 5, then have to go back into town in the afternoon to pick him up. I’m responsible for keeping the house clean, the cats (3 of them) taken care of, and the bills paid. Just like everyone else. I get a little exercise in, usually a walk in town after I drop my son off.
Then I have my online empire to run. Ok, maybe “empire” is a bit much, but it takes time to generate content and keep all of that running. That’s my job most of seven days a week.
It’s easy for life and all that it entails to weigh you down and wear you out, if you let it. The thing is, that isn’t what we’re here for. Life isn’t supposed to be endless toil.
